Unfortunately Iceland is almost impossible to emigrate to. The cheapest house is 140 000 bucks and it is only seasonal inhabitable. You also have to speak Icelandic. That is where I stopped looking, you probably also need to have a bulging wallet... the good countries do not want immigrants. Strange enough the US is kinda hard to get into legally too, but illegally, it is extremely easy !
Croatia and Romania come to mind. Croatian is close to Czech, from which I learned a bit. Romanian with some effort, can be learned since I know Italian. But for the moment being, I stay in rural south USA. Uruguay has too big spiders LOL (bird spiders catch birds for real)
