The problem is that I am not sure if FEMA has even officially declares East Palestine to be a diaster area and thus elegible for any real relief b/c they are protecting the railroads and rail car owners like Warran Buffet who is a huge Dem donor.... Biden apparently took a special train all the way to Kiev which had to be corrdinated with the Russians...
