I know exactly what video you are talking about and its probably in one of my video posts BUT if it was posted on Twitter-Youtube, the account was probably banned or the video removed by now... I think the video was from a Spanish language TV show and its been used a few times for a variety of routines on various subjects through the years... I am sure the video is on Bitchute or Rumble with the original non-dubbed version on youtube...
