Haha ! yep so true. And also a business from Big Something. The small pharmacy in town cannot do the 40 $ over the counter medicare is giving, only Walmart and another big store in the next town can. These small people have to pay extra to load the cards, which makes the deal unprofitable and impossible for them. When I compared priced, the small one charged 10 $ less for the same product.

What is the source of that chart on med school acceptance rates? I found some relevant data at https://www.aamc.org/data-reports/students-residents/report/facts , where they apparently have the detail to produce the chart shown, but I did not find it.
