I have started listening to Gonzalo Lira on youtube - may not always agree with his analysis-observations and he may get things wrong but he does have interesting observations as a Chilean-American who understands American culture BUT who is also Latin American...
If you look at RT (Russian govt) or ASB Military and Intel Slava Telegram channels (pro-Russian but not necessarily their govt), Russian "propaganda" or media coverage is very different than Western "propaganda" or media coverage or more subtle e.g. at least on the English sites, the Russians were openly talking about some of the problems they were having and being critical at times (helps build credibility) WHERAS western media etc will NEVER EVER stray from whatever the official approved narratives are or be that critical of them... I think the recent changes in western media narratives comes directly from western-NATO govts... Same with vaccine or recession narratives etc - members of the media are afraid of being cancelled!
