I lived in the Bay Area during Joe Montana. What a whole lot of fun it was to be a 49ers fan in those days! Every Sunday somebody was having a party with lots of food, drinks, and football. Home games were sold out so every year I would buy a couple of tickets to an away game in LA County when the new season's schedule came out. My friend and I would head south with all our red and gold clothes and a pocketful of cash. Gas, hotel rooms, overpriced food and drinks, and worth every penny!
Last NFL game I watched was Peyton Manning's last Super Bowl. Don't remember the year, don't care enough to look it up. And that was the only game I watched that season. Today I'd rather watch paint dry.
