It's disappointing that none of these memes reflect how the elites tricked us into supporting unnecessary wars. See, for examples, "War is a Racket," or pretty much anything on antiwar.com
amen to that. let them fight their wars themselves. Never understood why young people want to go to foreign countries to fight for the rich, who sit safe in their mansions.
And even less understand the native americans, whose land the white people stole from them, and they still want to fight for the thieves. Is there even a day to commemorate the Natve Americans who lost their country? (just reading a book about how white setllers killed, massacred, abused the natives, and ruined their houses, took their land... grrrr I feel bad about it and want to donate my property back to them when I go.
People mistreating other people is a part of every period of human history. But eventually when the people doing the evil are all dead, nothing can be done to right the wrong.

Was trying to be mostly non-political for one day BUT I have plenty of such memes under the Ukraine Hypocrisy titles.... :)

You owe no debt to them; you had nothing to do with it.
Not personally no. but I feel bad nevertheless, knowing how bad they have been treated, and still are

Tulsi Gabbard made the point well on her substack today:
"The way to honor our troops who sacrificed their lives for our country is to prevent unnecessary, costly wars..."
That’s a big reason many veterans I know are depressed , on top of the rest of it.
that was very powerful, TQ
Did they die so people could do what people are doing today?
