it might be that everything they tried to make us believe was bad for us (eggs! cholesterol! not enough exercise! coffee!) actually resulted from one or other (childhood-)vaccination. or the other way around, like polio: we got it from toxic pesticide spraying, it was made worse by an ineffective, very dangerous vaccine and it took several decades for the government to admit it (and limit the use of toxic pesticides). or even the whole HIV/AIDS delusion, thank you but-no-thank-you dr. Fauci!

What is good and bad for us to eat was all bought and paid for by BIG FOOD e.g. the Food Pyramid was written by USDA people who wanted consulting or Board roles with General Mills... Check some of Ben Bartee's recent work e.g. https://armageddonprose.substack.com/p/white-house-nutrition-advisor-claims "Joe Biden’s new Public Health© nutrition advisor — claims Lucky Charms© are healthier than fresh meat. Via Dariush’s criminally stupid “Food Compass©”:

my mother, young after WWII, daughter of a GP and herself a nurse, felt very comfortable with the reassuring 'order' the food pyramid provided. yes, she passed it on to us (carbs, meat, milk please!) but my generation started wondering about it - vegetarians galore. and now, as a reaction to the past few years of madness, many of us have returned to seeking herbal knowledge and supplements, learning and staying away from government sponsored programmes. no matter the NWO's psychopathic tenets, nature will take its course :-))

Ben's food pyramid article was posted on Zero Hedge and commenters wrote about I think the Kato diet e.g. I guess lots of meat and vegetables-fruit, you know, the carbs NOT processed by BIG FOOD with sugar and corn flutose added... They said it helped them loose weight and improve health... Vegetarian-vegan is pretty extreme (unless you are from a culture that practices it and has found ways to do it properly) but a Mediterranean or middle east diet is pretty balanced...

tru dat. Keto is 'the new thing' (but quite expensive, makes one wonder!) and Mediterranean is quite comfortable, while Ayurveda gives more knowledge too. staying close to nature would be my advice.

In college, 33 years ago, my prof handed out a photocopied sheet of a series of news articles dating back over 50 years or so. They alternated back and forth between various "experts" and "studies" about whether salt was good for you or bad for you... It was to demonstrate that we needed to take those type of claims "with a grain of salt"... (sorry) ;-)

Trioxides? Are you kidding me?! That's ozone. O3. As in the ozone layer in the upper atmosphere, which protects us from high frequency radiation. The only ozone down here where we are comes from electrical sparks, like in the distributors in cars fom the '20s o the '80s. Once distributors were replaced with fuel injectors in the 90s, ozone down here went to pretty much nothing.
