Last night, ~~Pedo Pete~~ ~~Brandon~~ ~~Joe Biden~~ Dark Brandon gave a rousing speech to rally the country’s Karens and Chads and I have some excerpts from the transcript here:

Nation, Rise Up, and Let the Storm Break Loose

…We face a serious election challenge in the Midterms. The crisis is at the moment a broad one, similar but not identical in many ways to that of the previous election…
…We raised our voices in warning to our American people and the world, hoping to awaken Western humanity from the paralysis of will and spirit into which it had fallen. We tried to open their eyes to the horrible danger from MAGA…
…We see MAGA as a direct threat to every nation. We do not care what other peoples do about the danger. What we do to defend ourselves is our own business, however, and we will not tolerate objections from others. Populism is a contagious infection. Enemy nations may raise hypocritical protests against our measures against populism and cry crocodile tears, but that will not stop us from doing that which is necessary. America, in any event, has no intention of bowing before this threat, but rather intends to take the most radical measures, if necessary, in good time [After this sentence, the chants of the audience prevent the minister from going on for several minutes]…
…I ask you: Do you want total war? If necessary, do you want a war more total and radical than anything that we can even imagine today?

Whoops! That transcript was from Goebbels’ Total War speech given in the Sportpalast back in 1943 and you need to replace populism or MAGA with “Jews” or “Judaism” or “Jewry” or “Bolshevism” depending on the translation:

In addition to channelling his inner Goebbels, ~~Pedo Pete~~ ~~Brandon~~ Biden seemed to be inspired by the Dark Brandon meme astroturfing campaign as partially explained by Emerald Robinson:

However, Paul Musgrave has dug even deeper (Let's Go, Dark Brandon), writing that “Dark Brandon shares roots with Brandon, of course, but it’s also inspired by a Chinese artist’s depiction of the president as a king of hell…”

Its somewhat ironic that the Democrats would adopt a Chinese meme and take it out of its original context as Musgrave (among others) points to “one plausible account on Reddit” explaining the meme’s origins:

Origins aside and yet more proof the Left can’t meme, the Dark Brandon meme is clearly an astroturfing campaign being run on Twitter by… someone… As Sharyl Attkisson explained several years ago in one of the only TED talks worth listening to, astroturf is the “perversion of the grass roots as in fake grass roots…”:

FYI: The Democrats’ Stay-at-Home Campaign Strategy

…And, of course, it’s not just in Pennsylvania. I notice that Minnesota’s Democrat Governor Tim Walz finally came out of hibernation last month and blasted his Republican challenger, the physician Scott Jensen, for daring to liken Walz’s COVID lockdowns to the “authoritarianism” of the Nazis on their way to taking power. Jensen also dragged in, parenthetically, the Holocaust in his impromptu remarks, which elicited criticism from local Jewish groups and (needless to say) Minnesota’s lapdog media. But Jensen’s comparison of the lockdowns with Nazi authoritarianism is entirely on target. Proclaiming and implementing such “emergency measures” were exactly the ways the Nazis operated in destroying established legal procedures in their country. In fact, this is the argument of Ernst Fraenkel’s The Dual State (1941), which is the work of a Nazi refugee who describes how Hitler’s dictatorship hollowed out what had been a very lawful state, in Germany. Like the Democrats, the Nazis appealed to a continuing emergency, which required rule by executive decrees. Isn’t Jensen right to see a familiar trend?
