Just when you think inflation is not bad enough (see: INFLATIONsteria: Best Inflation Reduction Act Memes (Going Full Louis XVI!)) and that they, as in the Regime and all the deGREED[y] progressive parasites who support or staff it, did not HATE you enough (especially IF you are working class without a degree…), they are about to cut themselves another BIG check at your expense in the form of student loan forgiveness.

Student loan repayment is a joke as it is. Depending on timing, you can consolidate student loans and lock in a super low interest rate when rates are low. When combined with the tax deduction for student loan interest, it means you effectively pay no real interest and there is no incentive to ever repay the principal e.g. you can buy a dividend paying stock or bond that will yield more than the interest rate. And why pay back the student loan Principal - especially when Democrats have been promising for years to forgive them?
