Before I get to the ~~gene therapy~~ vaccine memes, here is a very interesting headline that you might have seen:

New research provides theory on why women stopped menstruating upon arrival at Nazi death camps
In a new paper published in Social Science & Medicine, lead author Dr. Peggy J. Kleinplatz of the University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine suggests the sudden cessation of menstruation among Jewish women at concentration camps was too uniform to be effected only by trauma and malnutrition—a set of explanations readily accepted by the late 1940s and rarely investigated further.

And here is the original paper’s abstract:

Women's experiences of infertility after the Holocaust
Nuremburg trial evidence demonstrated that Nazis sought methods of mass sterilization of Jewish women. Immediately upon arrival at the concentration camps, over 98% of women stopped menstruating. There has been minimal investigation as to the cause(s) of amenorrhea, beyond malnutrition and trauma. The major objectives of this article are to:
1) provide an alternate hypothesis to explain women's amenorrhea, i.e., surreptitious administration of exogenous hormones to women;
2) detail survivors' reproductive histories so as to demonstrate long-term sequellae, especially pregnancy losses;
3) provide women's subjective narratives of the short- and long-term experience of reproductive losses;
4) link women's amenorrhea, subsequent primary and secondary infertility and the evidence for the hypothesized causal mechanism, i.e., the administration of sex steroids which might have led to both immediate and long-term reproductive impacts.
We conducted telephone interviews from 2018 to 2021 with Holocaust survivors internationally in 4 languages. We collected 93 testimonies from female Holocaust survivors (average age 92.5) or offspring who could provide complete reproductive histories for survivors. The interviews focused on reproductive histories, including amenorrhea beginning in 1942–45, subsequent attempts to conceive, numbers of pregnancies, miscarriages and stillbirths.
Ninety-eight percent of women interviewed were unable to conceive or carry to term their desired number of children. Of 197 confirmed pregnancies, at least 48 (24.4%) ended in miscarriages, 13 (6.6%) in stillbirths and 136 (69.0%) in live births. The true number of pregnancy losses is likely much higher. Only 15/93 (16.1%) of women were able to carry more than two babies to term, despite most wanting more children desperately.
Amenorrhea among Jewish women arriving at concentration camps was too uniform and sudden to be effected only by trauma and/or malnutrition. Survivors' narratives and historical evidence suggest the role of exogenous hormones, administered without women's knowledge to induce amenorrhea as well as subsequent primary and secondary infertility.

The Medical Express article about the paper had noted:

The Holocaust survivors told Dr. Kleinplatz they suspected that something in their food rations caused them to suddenly stop menstruating at the camps.
One woman, who had worked in the kitchen at Auschwitz for months when she was a teenager, even described packets of chemicals that were brought each day under armed guard and dissolved into foul soups the female captives were fed so that "women don't get their periods." This narrative of tainted rations is corroborated by findings in a 1969 report that questioned cooks at Auschwitz, the most notorious of the Nazi death camps.

The article about the paper goes on to note that mass produced sex steroids were widely available in Germany starting in the 1930s - long before they became available in the USA…

Nevertheless, this is what I find PECULIAR:

After roughly 75 years and over 10,000 testimonies of Holocaust survivors in various oral history projects, it took Dr. Kleinplatz and her co-author to connect the dots and provide a fresh examination of this hidden history.

The Holocaust has been widely covered in books and documentaries and perhaps some readers even have survivors in their own families or social circles…

And the Nazi practice of sterilizing “undesirable people” (e.g. mentally impaired individuals, Gypsies etc) along with Dr. Mengele’s “medical” experiments has also been widely documented or talked about…

BUT THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE HEARD OF ALLEGATIONS OF SOMETHING BEING PUT IN THE FOOD AT CONCENTRATION CAMPS THAT STOPPED WOMEN FROM MENSTRATING AND MAY HAVE CAUSED THEM LONG-TERM FERTILITY PROBLEMS……..…….

Speaking of putting stuff in food, how does everyone like their high-fructose corn syrup and MSG laced processed foods???

That brings me to this recent article courtesy of Ben Bartee’s Substack:

Soak in the idiocy: per the rankings, Honey Nut Cheerios© is a healthy alternative to a boiled egg. Almond M&Ms© is a superior nutritional choice to ground beef.
Then consider that this Food Compass© wasn’t published in some laughable obscure blog in a dark corner of the internet; Dariush somehow managed to get his brazen propaganda piece featured in Nature Journal, widely considered one of the most authoritative scientific publications in the world.

[The article was also posted on Zero Hedge where the comments were funny or on the mark…]

But anyway…

Probably nothing to see here folks…

I would not want to jump to any wild tin foil hat CONSPIRACY THEORIES concerning what the sacred ~~gene therapy~~ vaccines or our food MIGHT ~~be laced with~~ contain…

I will lead any such speculation up to readers…
